我们会按照如下方式收集您在使用服务时主动提供的,以及通过自动化手段收集您在使用功能或接受服务过程中产生的信息:

当您注册、登录海银之家及相关服务时,您可以通过手机号创建帐号,并且完善相关的网络身份识别信息
(头像、昵称、密码),收集这些信息是为了帮助您完成注册。手机号码是履行国家法律法规关于网络实名制要求的必要信息,如果您不提供手机号码用于注册、登录,我们可能无法为您提供在线商城、设备绑定等功能。
2. 您可以使用第三方帐号登录并使用海银之家,经过您的同意,我们将获取您在第三方平台注册的公开信息
(头像、昵称以及您授权的其他信息),用于与海银之家帐号绑定,使您可以直接登录并使用本产品和相关服务。
1.2 硬件设备控制
a. 为保障硬件设备正常使用并在出现问题后及时得到处理,海银之家可能会收集相关必要的日志信息。
b. 上述日志信息包括:
(1)您操作、使用的行为信息:
门控设备开关锁停操作、其他设备的操作信息等;
(2)您主动提供的信息:
设备名称、门名称、安装位置、成员信息、WiFi信息;
(3)地理位置信息:含通过GPS信息、IP地址、WLAN接入点、蓝牙和基站等传感器信息获取到的
精确地理位置信息,及通过网络位置信息(如基站、IP及WLAN)获取的大致地理位置信息。
c. 精确地理位置信息是个人敏感信息,若您拒绝提供,我们将不会根据精确地理位置信息向您推荐信息或显示您和附近安装师傅(如有)间的距离,且不会影响海银之家其他功能的正常使用。
d. 我们会基于大致地理位置信息对应的
城市和/或区、县向您展示、推荐您所在地区的本地相关信息。

当您进行蓝牙设备操作时,为了完成蓝牙设备的正常操作,我们会调用设备的
蓝牙等功能,以确保操作正常进行。若未开启蓝牙或未经授权,我们会进行提示;若未得到授权,您将可能无法完成相关操作,但不影响其他功能与服务的正常使用。
f. 如您提供他人信息前,请确保已经合法取得相关主体的授权并同意本政策。
1.3 发布与互动
a. 信息发布
(1)您主动发布音视频、图片、文字等内容,进行评论、信息发布时,我们将收集前述发布信息,并展示您的
昵称、头像、IP地址、身份信息(如有)、发布内容。请您注意,如您发布的信息中包含个人信息,该部分个人信息将在您发布后公开,请您审慎发布。
(2)您发布音视频、图片、文字时,我们会请求您授权相机(存储)、照片、麦克风权限。您如果拒绝授权提供,将无法使用此功能,但不影响您正常使用海银之家的其他功能。
(3)用户因使用我们的产品或者服务而被我们收集的信息,例如其他用户发布的信息中可能含有您的部分信息(如:在评论、发布音视频、图片、文字中涉及到与您相关的信息)。
b. 互动交流
您主动评价帖子,或与其他帐号进行浏览、评论、点赞、不喜欢、不看此作者、举报内容时,我们会收集您关注的帐号和前述信息,并展示关注帐号发布内容。
特别提示:海银之家仅为软件、技术支持和内容信息的提供方,不参与用户与帖子发布者的任何交易过程,若任何用户因通过本APP发布的信息等内容进而跟帖子发布者进行交易等行为,而引起的人身伤亡、财产损害、名誉或商誉诽谤等权利的侵犯等事件,及因该等事件所造成的损害后果,应由交易对方或实际侵权方承担相应的责任,海银之家对此不承担任何法律责任。
1.4 消息通知
您知悉并同意,对于您在使用“海银之家”软件及相关服务的过程中向我们提供的联系方式(如:
电话号码、电子邮箱),我们在运营过程中可能会向其中的一种或多种发送多类通知,用于用户消息告知、身份验证、安全验证、用户使用体验调研等用途。
此外,我们也可能会通过
APP消息推送、电话、短信、电子邮件的方式,为您提供商业性信息;如您不愿接受这些信息,您可以通过应用设置、手机短信、电子邮件中提供的关闭或退订方式进行关闭或退订。
1.5 上门服务板块
1.5.1 服务认证
为确保服务质量和信息的真实性,我们会对入驻本平台的师傅信息进行认证,在认证过程中,我们会收集和使用用户上传的认证信息,包括
店铺名称、营业执照、店铺位置、安装师傅个人信息(姓名、身份证等)、服务手机号码、个人照片、门店照片、营业时间、产品照片信息,部分信息属于个人敏感信息,您可以拒绝提供,如果拒绝提供您将可能无法通过认证,但不影响其他功能与服务的正常使用。如您不认证店铺成为安装师傅,则无需提供相关信息。
除非另有明确说明并征得您的单独同意,我们不会使用上述信息作其他任何用途。
1.5.2 上门服务
用户可在服务板块
查找、预约服务,包括但不限于家电维修、设备安装等服务。在此过程中我们会调用硬件设备安装位置以及相关的
地理位置信息,可能会使用
精确定位信息,用以显示服务范围等内容。
在您使用我们服务过程中,为向您提供服务范围内的上门服务和师傅信息,我们可能会请求您提供或收集您在访问或使用我们的服务时产生的相关信息,包括但不限:
位置信息、服务内容、电话(用于联系师傅或者联系被服务用户)。
1.6 在线商城
1.6.1 展示商品
在商城中,我们会向您展示默认排序的商品信息。
1.6.2 交易及售后所需信息
(1) 订单信息
当您在海银之家下单购买商品/服务时,海银之家系统会生成您购买该商品/服务的订单。您需在订单中至少填写您的
收货人姓名(或名称)、收货地址及电话号码,该订单会同时载明订单号、您所购买的商品或服务信息、下单时间、您实际支付的货款金额及您采用的支付方式。
您理解并同意,我们将使用您的订单信息来进行您的
身份核验、确定交易、支付结算,为您查询订单,提供客服咨询与售后服务;我们可能还会使用您的订单信息来判断您的交易是否存在异常以保护您的交易安全。
(2) 支付信息
在您下单后,您可通过海银之家系统支持的第三方支付机构完成支付,支付功能本身并不收集您的个人信息,但我们需将您的
订单号、交易金额与您选择的支付机构共享以实现其确认您的支付指令并完成支付。
(3) 客服与售后服务所需信息
我们的客服和售后功能会使用您的
账户信息和
订单信息。为保证您的账户安全,我们的客服会使用您的账户信息核验您的身份。当您需要使用客服或售后功能时,我们会查询您的订单信息。在与我们的客服人员沟通时,您可能还需要提供上述信息之外的其他信息,如当您要求
变更配送地址、联系人或联系电话。
(4) 保障交易安全所需信息
为确认交易状态及为您提供售后与争议解决服务,我们须通过您基于交易所确定的交易对象、第三方支付机构、物流公司收集与交易进度相关的您的

为了保障软件与服务的安全运行、运营的质量及效率,我们会收集您的硬件型号、操作系统版本号、设备标识符(
Android如IMEI、AndroidID、OAID、IMSI、SIM卡信息(如ICCID)、GAID、MEID、硬件序列号,iOS如IDFV、IDFA;不同的标识符在有效期、是否可由用户重置以及获取方式方面会有所不同)、网络设备硬件地址(
MAC地址)、IP
地址、WLAN接入点(如SSID,BSSID)、蓝牙(Bluetooth)、基站、软件版本号、网络接入方式、类型、状态、网络质量数据、操作、使用、服务日志、设备传感器数据(如加速度传感器、线性加速度传感器、重力传感器、陀螺仪传感器)。
b. 为了预防恶意程序、保障运营质量及效率,我们会收集安装的应用信息或正在运行的进程信息、应用程序的总体运行、使用情况与频率、应用崩溃情况、总体安装使用情况、性能数据、应用来源。

我们可能使用您的账户信息、设备信息、服务日志信息以及我们关联方、合作方在获得您授权或依法可以提供的信息,用于判断账户及交易安全、进行身份验证、识别违法违规情况、检测及防范安全事件,并依法采取必要的记录、分析、处置措施。

1.10.1 安装应用权限:当您更新版本的时候,需要APP调用系统安装新APP。
1.10.2 蓝牙扫描权限:添加蓝牙设备的时候,需要调用蓝牙权限。

定位权限:添加新设备的时候,需要调用定位权限以获取该设备的定位。使用服务认证功能时,需要调取定位权限以确定店铺位置以及服务范围。另外,登录的时候,需要获取用户位置信息,便于售后安装师傅便捷上门提供服务。
1.10.4 全屏权限:摄像头全屏播放的时候,需要使用全屏权限。
1.10.5 存储权限(读写权限): 摄像头功能进行录像保存、服务认证时【拍摄、上传照片以及上传个人头像时需要使用存储权限。
1.10.6 Wifi权限:使用wifi设备的时候需要wifi的相关权限。
1.10.7 网络权限:与设备通讯的时候需要使用。为保持设备的长连接,需要监听网络变化。
1.10.8 电话权限:通过APP拨打设备所有人的时候,需要调用电话权限。
1.10.9 摄像头权限:服务认证时拍摄照片、人脸识别以及进行人头像设置的时候。
1.10.10 麦克风权限与录音权限:摄像头进行语音对讲时,需要使用麦克风。
二、我们如何使用cookie等同类技术
